Project Won – New Cargo facility, Heathrow Airport
Appointed by Morgan Sindall, PANARC will deliver the internal package of partitions and ceilings at a new cargo facility at Heathrow Airport.
The £55 million premium facility will cater for the growing demand for products such as express shipments and pharmaceuticals. The new building is twice the size of the neighbouring IAG Cargo existing Premia facility and will include a larger dedicated constant climate control quality centre.
The building looks to be operational Summer 2019.
Project Won – 91-93 Baker Street
Working with Collins Construction; the fit out of 8 floors back to a CAT A fitout, PANARC will carry out the ceilings, partitions and door installation at this prominent location in London.
A former bank branch and art studio(s) will be transformed as a prospective commercial office let in the heart of Baker Street.
The works begin in early January
Improved acoustics for local scout hut
PANARC have donated some acoustic panels left over from a recently completed project to the 1st (Sheet) St Marys Scout Group in Sheet, Hampshire.
Scout leader Niall Lawless was looking to improve the acoustics within the scout hut with all surfaces within the building being hard and the noise generated at their meetings.
The panels will be hung from the walls to hopefully improve the overall noise comfort in the future.
Sound ceiling choices for healthcare project
Following our fit out of a premium healthcare facility in central London for Collins Construction, the project has been featured in the Architecture Today publication.
The new state of the art health assessment clinic was completed with PANARC installing ceilings, partitions, doors and glazed partitions including the installation of PANARC specialist acoustic solution MonoAcoustic.

Project Won - 133 Houndsditch, London
PANARC Interior Solutions are proud to announce that they have secured the CAT A fitout of the Ground and Fourth Floor at 133 Houndsditch, London for BW.
The works involves the complete interior refurbishment of the fourth floor including new linings to external walls, new WC cores and new ceilings including SAS metal ceilings and plasterboard rafts.
The works on the ground floor includes a new shower and WC core and entrance from the loading bay.The unique design has plenty of architectural detail to all systems offering the client a space to market in this commercial building in heart of East London.
Works will be complete by December 2018
Project won – Wentworth House, Milton Keynes
PANARC Interior Solutions have secured the internal fit out of Wentworth House in Milton Keynes.
This building will house the new call centre for a leading American investment bank who have just launched in the UK.
The works involved include new partitions, ceilings and doors.
Leading the design is London architects T P Bennett.
Project starts November 2018
Project won – 33 Cavendish Square
PANARC Interior Solutions have secured the CAT A fit out works to levels 2 and 7 Cavendish Square, London.
33 Cavendish Square is a landmark tower building which provides open plan office accommodation over nineteen floors in the heart of central London.
The works involved include new wall linings and partitions, new ceilings and core doors.

PANARC Interior Solutions were pleased to sponsor Luke Rowland from the Buckingham Group who abseiled down Orbital Tower to raise money and awareness about Homelessness.
Over the two days Mungos collectively helped raise more than £35k so far: a great achievement which has surpassed most people’s targets!
