A 20,000sq ft project in One Strand overlooking Trafalgar Square. The works began with a CAT A refurbishment of three WC cores. The CAT B works for the incoming tenant, National Grid, were undertaken at the same time as the CAT A works and included the installation of high DB rated plasterboard partitions and a new reception area with mono acoustic ceiling and metal pipe features
